The mission of the Brockport Bisons Baseball Organization is to provide opportunities and exposure while competing at the highest levels in youth baseball and instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty, courage and integrity. Brockport Bison Baseball teaches their players to respect the game, and to value hard work. We will empower our players to reach their maximum potential, with values, skills and knowledge. We will engage the players, their families and the community.

The Board believes that athletic competition provides opportunities for youth to grow physically and intellectually through their experience in self-discipline and their contributions to a team effort. The actual competition is believed to be the culmination of many aspects of athletic instruction. The teaching of fundamentals, rules and conditioning as well as the fostering of a healthy attitude toward competition are felt to be the primary and essential goals of athletic instruction.
